No personal information from the BrainRehab.ca site is collected (with the exception of email addresses when signing-up for various BIRC newsletters), sold or otherwise provided to any other parties.

All servers on the Internet, including BrainRehab.ca's, receive information about visitors.  Specifically, server log files contain the following fields: Host (visitors' IP address), Identification (normally a hyphen), Authentication (again, normally a hyphen), Time Stamp (when a file was accessed), HTTP Request (name of the file requested), Status Code (whether the file was transferred correctly), Transfer Volume (number of data bytes actually transferred), Referrer (page from which the user clicked), and Agent (name and version of the visitor's browser).  The site administrator may use analytical software to aggregate and analyze this server log information to maintain and improve the BrainRehab.ca site.  No personal information is used in this process.

"Cookies" are not used by the BrainRehab.ca website ("Cookies" are files containing user information that a website transfers to your computer).  Due to server configuration however, "session" cookies may be requested by the server at times.  These cookies are not used in any way by the site and are anyway deleted from your computer automatically once your session ends (i.e. as soon as you leave the site).  To be clear, these are not "persistent" cookies that remain on your computer for future use by BrainRehab.ca.
